Caylee is our lived-in blonde queen and a certified Aqua Extensions artist who specializes in bright blondes, dimensional color, and seamless hand-tied extensions. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her reading a good book, laughing with friends, or snuggling her sweet pup, Coda. She brings calm, kindness, and a soft-girl glow to every appointment.
Ellie Gulrud, Level 2 Stylist — @beautybyellieg
Ellie is a blonding and all-things-color specialist with a love for creating soft, natural looks and bright transformations. She’s certified in Keratin Complex smoothing treatments and is known for her warm, comforting presence. Outside the salon, Ellie is usually baking something delicious or spending time with her husband and family.
Libby Gabbey, Level 2 Stylist — @libby.gabbey
Libby is a blonding, coloring, and men’s cutting specialist known for her soft blends and clean technique. She values quality time more than anything — whether she’s with her boyfriend, her family, or close friends. She enjoys the occasional outdoor adventure, but her true joy comes from being surrounded by the people she loves.
Matthew Gregoric, Level 2 Stylist — @gregorgeous_locks
Matthew is our vivid color artist — the one you go to when you want hair that truly turns heads. While he’s skilled in all color services, his specialty is bold, creative, high-impact vivids. Outside the salon, Matthew loves spending time with his family and perfecting his sourdough bread (yes, it’s as good as it sounds).
Lexi Zelechowski, Level 2 Esthetician — @lexizelechowski
Lexi is our glow-getter queen — specializing in spray tans (her fave!), full body waxing, and custom facial services. She’s deeply knowledgeable in skincare and is also one of our talented makeup artists, offering both in-salon and on-site wedding services. When she’s not making clients feel flawless, Lexi is probably cheering on her kids at a sporting event or spending time with her husband and family.
Wendy Ramirez, Level 3 Esthetician — @westhetics40
Wendy is our skincare expert and PCA guru, specializing in transformative facial treatments, powder brows, and Procell Microchanneling. She’s also a gifted makeup artist both in the salon and with our travelling bridal team. Wendy is constantly learning and leveling up through skincare and makeup education, and in her downtime, she can be found enjoying time with her family.
Janelle Harris, Level 4 Nail Technician — @jsmoody17
Janelle is our nail-care expert and the queen of polished perfection. She specializes in everything from classic shellac services to relaxing spa pedicures, bringing precision and creativity to every appointment. Outside the salon, Janelle loves spending time with her husband and can almost always be found at a sporting event supporting one of her three boys!
Talia Jagielski, Level 5 Stylist — @hairbytalia.l
Talia is our bronding and dimensional color queen—known for creating rich, seamless blends and sun-kissed depth that looks effortless and lived-in. She’s also certified in Keratin Complex smoothing treatments and brings a calming, confident presence to every appointment. Outside the salon, Talia loves traveling and spending time with her friends and her husband.
Maddie Maki, Level 6 Stylist & Salon Manager — @maddiemakii
Maddie is our blonding specialist and certified Habit Hand-Tied extension artist, known for seamless blends and transformational color. As our salon manager, she leads with passion, creativity, and a huge love for education—always pushing herself and our team to grow. When she’s not behind the chair, Maddie is usually reading, painting, or spending time with her husband, son, and the rest of her family.
Holly Gerhardt, Level 8 Nail Technician — @gerhardt7462
Holly is our nail art expert and a master of all things nails and nail care. From flawless shellac services to beautifully detailed designs, she’s always experimenting with new techniques to keep her work fresh and creative. Outside the salon, Holly is usually working on wood projects with her husband or cheering on her three boys in their sports and academic adventures.

Shannon is a Redken Certified Color Specialist and Keratin Complex certified stylist with a passion for all things color, education, and continued growth behind the chair. Her expertise ranges from soft, dimensional color to bold transformations, all rooted in education and precision. When she isn’t in the salon, Shannon can be found reading, tackling home projects, working out, or supporting her three girls at their sporting events.
Betsy Redmer, Level 8 Stylist — @bettybooper88
Betsy is our short cut and color specialist with over 40 years of experience behind the chair. She’s taken extensive Redken and Moroccan Oil education throughout her career and has a true passion for learning, growing, and mastering new techniques. Known for her incredible consultations and thorough, detail-oriented approach, Betsy delivers styles that are both flattering and timeless. When she’s not in the salon, she’s most likely hiking, biking, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors.

Kelly is the heart of Trendsetters. She opened the salon in 1984 with a dream of serving Burlington and the surrounding communities—and for over 41 years, she has poured passion, care, and generosity into making that dream a reality. A Redken Color Certified stylist with decades of Redken and Moroccan Oil education, Kelly is dedicated to exceptional service, continued learning, and supporting her team. She is endlessly grateful for the loyalty and love the community has shown the salon throughout the years.
Kayla Peterson, In-Salon Bridal Coordinator and Front Desk Lead
Kayla is the heartbeat of our in-salon bridal experience. As our Bridal Coordinator, she handles all communication with brides, perfects schedules, and ensures every detail of their in-salon services runs smoothly. She’s incredibly thorough, endlessly sweet, and a true guest favorite at the front desk. When she’s not creating flawless wedding-day timelines, Kayla is probably reading or spending quality time with her husband and their two girls.
